Eligibility
- Open to college students in second year and above.
- Students from any branch can participate.
- Cross-branch teams are allowed.
- Team size must be a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 members.
- Solo participation is not allowed.
- All members of a team must belong to the same college.
- Cross-college teams are not allowed.
- PCCOE teams must consist only of PCCOE students.
- Students from other colleges may participate with a team consisting entirely of students from their own college.
- One member must register as the team leader and provide the team details.
Project and Submission Requirements
Projects must address a real-world problem and fall under one or more of the following themes:
- Agentic AI
- Blockchain / Web3
- Open Source
Round 1
Submit an abstract within a 500-word limit covering:
- The idea
- The problem and real-world impact
- Feasibility
- Novelty
- Architecture
- Revenue model
Round 2
Qualified teams must submit:
- A working demo
- A demo video through a Google Drive link
- A presentation/PPT
The submitted Google Drive link must be accessible.
Round 3
The top 15 teams will participate in the final round.
Teams must present their working demo and presentation to the judges in person at PCCOE on 9 October 2026.

Judging Criteria and Winner Selection
Projects will be evaluated based on:
- Usefulness: How useful is the solution and who does it help?
- Requirement: How clearly does the solution demonstrate that the problem needs to be solved?
- Real-world Impact: What difference can the solution make if implemented?
- Feasibility: Can the proposed solution realistically be built and used?
- Novelty: How original or differentiated is the approach?
- Architecture: How well is the technical solution designed?
- Revenue Model: How can the solution be sustained?
Decisions of the organizing committee and judges are final.
Only the idea submitted in Round 1 may be developed further.
All work must be done during the hackathon period.
One common GitHub repository is mandatory.
Any misconduct may result in disqualification.
